$100 - BOOKING FEE TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT
• Fill out this form and we will send you an invoice to secure your spot.
• Then three months prior to your wedding we will text you to book in.
• When you come in this fee also pays for your initial fitting (10% cheaper).
Book in Now - No weight change expected

• If you expect any weight change please do the option below, ‘Book Your Spot in Now - Come in Later’
• However, If you’d like to go ahead and book in for alterations to be done earlier, feel free to do so. BOOK IN
• Please note - We alter according to triage. So we ensure everything gets out in time and then work our way through the rest. As such it is difficult to give an exact finish date, however it will definitely be plenty of time before your wedding.
